Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. We will call you the day before your rental if there is a threat of "bad weather". We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if heavy rains or high winds are expected over 20 mph.
The best way to ensure that you can reserve the unit that you would like to book is to make your reservation as soon as you have set your event date. Summer rentals book fast, and some weekends, all of our units go out.
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather. However, if weather conditions are marginal when we drop off the unit, and you decide to keep the unit, please do not allow children to play in the unit while it is raining. The units become very slippery when they get wet and slipping can injure children as well as adults.
Please keep the blower on when the unit is set up for enjoyment. The unit uses less energy than a hair dryer. However, if you need to turn off the unit for any reason, it is perfectly safe. Just make sure everyone has exited the unit and that the unit collapses onto itself and not onto any sharp objects or obstructions.
Our units can be set up on grass or paved surfaces. With pavement or concrete, instead of anchoring the units with stakes in the ground, we anchor them with 60 lb sandbags for your safety. We also put a protective tarp under the unit to protect it from the abrasive movement across paved or rough surfaces.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU INTEND TO HAVE THE UNIT PLACED ON CEMENT OR A PAVED SURFACE SO WE CAN HAVE SANDBAGS ON HAND.

Our technician will inspect the site where the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any obstacles or hazards to the unit or to anyone playing in it. Since the unit has to be anchored, the technician will inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden line. After the inspection, we will set up the unit and review our safe operating instructions.

There is common misconseption that bounce houses are not safe.
